Lefkippi Development
Lefkippis project is a new ground-breaking development in the city of Patras and it is located right in front of the seashore, in the quiet and tranquil Bozaitika neighbourhood.

All materials that will be used during construction will be of high quality and environmentally friendly.
The development will follow the company's high standards in terms of M&E infrastructure, which include fan-coil cooling, heat pumps and solar panels.
Every parking space, will have provision for the installation of an electric vehicle charger and all common areas will be lit with motion sensor lights in order to minimize the consumption of electricity.
Similarly, all the building materials that will be used, will be of highest standard. In more detail, the concrete will be LafargeHolcim’s new ECOPact concrete, which has 30% less carbon content embodied compared to standard concrete. The cladding system will be an External Thermal Insulation Composite System (ETICS). Finally, all the soil that will be excavated for the foundations, will be re-used in the project, in order to minimise waste.
All of the above will enable both buildings to achieve an A+ energy class rating.
